The shape of the Teelo table lamp by Secto Design brings to mind the reading lights you'd find in banks and libraries, but the natural birch wood gives it a homely and warm look – two adjectives that might not be the first thing that comes to mind when you think of a library or bank. The base and curved shade are connected by a subtle, elegant wooden joint, reminiscent of a handcrafted lamp. The Teelo wooden lamp was designed by Seppo Koho.

DESIGNER

Seppo Koho (born 1967) is a Finnish architect, interior designer and lighting designer who studied at the University of Art and Design Helsinki and Tampere University of Technology. Koho is the chief designer of Secto Design lighting and has been involved in the brand's story since its inception.
